Chaplin Plant Hire is a family run dry hire business on Old Toorbul Point Road in Caboolture. We keep a tight fleet of late model Komatsu machines and look after every one of them ourselves.
We work in partnership with Chaplin Cranes & Excavators out of the same yard, so the buckets, rippers and grabs your job needs are usually a few metres from the machine.

Call 0438 735 882What is dry hire?
We charge for the machine only and you supply a qualified operator to drive it and complete the job.
What do I need to hire an excavator?
A competent operator who holds the right ticket or verification of competency for the machine, a site we can get the float into and a card or account for the bond. We'll talk you through it when you book.
Do you deliver?
Yes. We have subcontractors on hand to deliver the machine on time, every time.
How do the rates work?
Rates are charged hourly, daily or weekly, whichever suits you.
Can I use my own design file on the GPS machines?
Yes. You or the site surveyor supply the site specific design file for the machine.
What about fuel, AdBlue or damage?
The machine goes to site full of fuel and we expect it back full. Additional costs apply for damage and missing fuel.
What about prestarts?
A prestart book is in the machine for the operator to complete each morning before starting work, including greasing the machine.
We Deliver Anywhere
We're based on the Bruce Highway at Caboolture and deliver our machines anywhere you need, from Northern NSW all the way up to Mackay.
